A: To place an order please go to the product page first. Then select the desired order quantity of the product and click on "Add to cart". You will now be redirected to your shopping cart. Now click on "Check out" and follow the steps to place your order.

A: We currently accept PayP and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All information is encrypted and transmitted via our security server. Your payment details are NOT stored by us and will only be used for the order process.

Q : HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A : Upon placing your order, please allow 1-4 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. A : Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us. There are no additional shipping costs, we will cover it for you. Delivery time depends on destination country and will be calculated during checkout.

Q : I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL PRODUCTS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE? 

A: To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we may in rare cases ship the products individually. The other ordered products should arrive in the following days.

Q : I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION MAIL?

Q: I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS BY MISTAKE. CAN I CHANGE THIS AFTERWARDS?

A:  In this case, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible at contact@zevolutionz.com. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error afterwards so that you get your order delivered to the correct address.

Q: I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
